No Return Only Exchange Policy.

At Cultural Pops, we are committed to delivering high-quality toys to our customers. To maintain hygiene and safety standards, we follow a strict Exchange-Only policy under specific conditions.

1. No Refunds or Returns

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns on any products once sold. We only provide exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange request will only be entertained if:

  • The product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • The item received is different from what was ordered.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To prevent fraudulent claims and ensure transparency, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must be uncut and unedited, showing the original packaging and the damage clearly.

  • Failure to provide an unboxing video will result in the rejection of the exchange request.

4. Exchange Period

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days (1 week) from the date of delivery. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for an exchange.

5. How to Initiate an Exchange

If you have received a damaged product, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to culturalpops.shop@gmail.com.

  2. Include your Order Number in the subject line.

  3. Attach the Unboxing Video and clear photos of the damaged item.

Once our team reviews the footage and approves the claim, we will arrange for the replacement of the product.
