4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Exchange and Claims (Crucial for Toys/Figures)

As per our specific store policy:

• No Returns: We do not offer returns or refunds.

• Exchanges only for Damage: Exchanges are only processed for items that arrive damaged.

• Unboxing Video Requirement: A clear, unedited unboxing video sent to culturalpops.shop@gmail.com is mandatory to claim an exchange.

• Deadline: Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cultural Pops shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the products procured using the service.
