5. Exchange and Claims (Crucial for Toys/Figures)

As per our specific store policy:

• No Returns: We do not offer returns or refunds.

• Exchanges only for Damage: Exchanges are only processed for items that arrive damaged.

• Unboxing Video Requirement: A clear, unedited unboxing video sent to culturalpops.shop@gmail.com is mandatory to claim an exchange.

• Deadline: Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Cultural Pops shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the products procured using the service.
