Thank you for shopping at Cultural Pops! We take great care in packaging your favorite anime collectibles and toys to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive a notification via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days.

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days (if available at checkout).

• Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or courier partner issues.

3. Safe Packaging for Collectibles

We understand the value of a mint-condition box for anime figures and manga.

• Every order is packed with multiple layers of bubble wrap and sturdy outer boxes to prevent damage during transit.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages during Transit

While we pack everything with care, accidents can happen.

• If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Exchange Policy.

• Remember: An Unboxing Video is mandatory to claim an exchange for any transit-related damage. Send it to culturalpops.shop@gmail.com within 7 days.

6. Wrong Address & Undelivered Orders

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Cultural Pops is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address or customer unavailability, a re-shipping fee may apply.
